My name is Elodie. I create handmade, authentic and delicious French Cheesecakes and Tarts, here in Christchurch, New Zealand.

French Delights was born out of a passion for French patisserie and inspired by my father, Dominique. He runs his artisanal ‘Cheesecakes & Pies’ in Cannes in the South of France, and this is where I learned our family recipes and secrets. I am so happy to be able to share this goodness in my adoptive country.

Where possible I source New Zealand made and grown products, free range and chemical free, to ensure French Delights are premium desserts.
